Draco stalked towards the group of Slytherin quidditch players, noticing some red Gryffindork players in the mix. He wondered if things would end the same way as last time, Weasel throwing up slugs. He suppressed a chuckle as he neared the group.
As he pushed his way through he noticed a frizzy haired Mudblood standing in the midst of the argument. He could hear Oliver Wood calling all the Slytherins ‘bloody slags’ apparently there had been another mix up in their quidditch scheduling. But all Draco could keep his eyes on was the little frizz ball.
He approached behind her, noticing her rigid stance. “Is anyone else experiencing déjà vu?,” Draco feigned innocence as he stalked to the front of the Slytherin group. He noted that the mudblood didn’t even flinch, not surprised at his arrival at all.
“And who allowed the mudblood to be here,” he scoffed, his eyes narrowing in distaste.
“You’re being a bit redundant, Malfoy,” Hermione responded nonchalantly, not a sliver of hurt or anger shown in her eyes.
She was stronger than he had thought.
